Deceptive advertising by Grey's Woodworks in Goshen & they're unwilling to fix their mistake. We purchased a 14'x20' shed as storage. After installation, we realized the shed is not the size promised. I went to install shelves on the inside and realized the inside walls were only 12 feet wide. I then measured the outside of the shed and realized the shed is 20'x13'. We called Grey's Woodworks. The rep on the phone didn't seem to think it was a big deal that the size was wrong and couldn't give me a firm answer of why the shed was smaller than we purchased. read more

I am very happy with my new gazebo, a perfect addition to my meditation garden and solidly built! Plus, the staff at GW in Grahamsville were very friendly and accommodating, especially Ryan who orchestrated the installation. He even got things rolling with the necessary permit in my town. The installation crew arrived early and everything went smoothly and in good time. I plan to varnish it myself, and they were open to questions as to how to go about that. Horrible experience with this business Giving one star Bc not zero isn't an option Ordered a shed 4 months ago (August 2021 ) We have an unusual property and prior to ordering and paying deposit the salesman came to our home and inspected the property We had approval from the town with a property survey with the site mapped Salesman from the company said it could be done if we remove part of our fence take down the existing shed , and move a few rocks We were given a date of Dec 2nd for installation, which was confirmed at a later time by the business A few days prior to planned installation we had the old shed emptied and removed(at an $1800) cost and as well as part of our fence and moved the rocks On November 30th the owner came to see the site and informed us they could not put this shed on our property Citing various issues (a hill, we are on a corner , power lines ) All things that the salesman had seen and took the order anyway and when I spoke with him he lied and he said he had a contingency plan to go around the back of our house but that our new septic system prevented that (untrue as in August we had lived here 3 weeks and did not know going around the back, which is our neighbors property was an option ) We were refunded the deposit , but offered nothing regarding the money we spent to prepare or the money we will now have to spend to store what was in our shed, which includes heavy items that will also require hiring movers The owner actually said sorry I'm not going to do anything for you and said maybe you can get a shed from Lowe's (lowes is 3-6 months out, and it's winter ) They lied Didn't live up to their promise Backed out of the contact 2 days prior to installation after leaving us waiting 4 months , Offered us no remedy and has now left us with belongings outdoors , a broken fence and no shed Do yourself a favor order your shed from Lowe's read more

Never again! I bought a $4000 shed from these folks and I was assured by a guy named Mike that the shed could be sited where I wanted without excavation or extra site prep when I indicated that the area was sloped. I was told that most people don't pay for site prep and that if I bought a dozen pavers at Home Depot the installation could be done, no problem. First of all, that was not the case. The shed is sited in a location that prevents me from having trucks deliver wood, mulch, etc for my garden and also takes up a considerable part of the yard. Second, when I said I was unhappy, I was told the owner would follow up. After a week passed, he had not, so I called again. He finally followed up, said he would remedy the problem and get me a quote for siting the shed where I ACTUALLY wanted it. Never heard from him again. I'm going to find another company to fix the problem. I was originally considering them for the purchase of a garage and a wood shed. Not anymore. read more
