I have some places around my 1.5 acres to dump what was cut so I didn't need a lot hauled off, just the small stuff from along the driveway. They didn't leave a single branch for me to pick up. Read more... Sooner Elite was contacted and texted me back. They were out early the next morning. They looked and said that only one section was sagging as a screw had come loose. They added extra strap hangers as required for support on the rest of the ducting and repaired the sagging duct connection. I took a quick look later and it looks great!
