Assigned by home warranty company to fix leaking A/C evaporator in attic, causing water damage…read more After waiting 5 days for scheduled appt, the tech spent about 30 minutes, identified the issue, and that he would check on parts availability and call us back. Took my $75 call out fee insisting on a check. We haven't heard from them since in 2 weeks, and are left with an A/C we can't run during Texas summer in the meantime. Tried calling them direct, no message returns (they did not answer). Finally reached a person at the office, who could find no records, and "seemed to remember they were waiting on parts" but was not able to pull up any information on the callout. She advised me to call the Home Warranty company to check. This appears to be a scam. I do not recommend using this company, and am asking the Home Warranty company to blacklist them and provide a replacement.
