My A/C was recently leaking with the hot weather, dripping water was seeping into the adjoining bedroom from the A/C closet. Joyce was so helpful and let me know I could try and DIY. It worked! It was so refreshing to find someone willing to give advice. I promised to call back if we ever had any more issues! read more

I have used Joe's heat and Air! Bought a brand new unit from him. I have had to call him out every year to fix it! It has yet to be fixed! He will not stand behind his work or the unit he sold me. He told me this morning he can't get here until Friday! He makes me pay every time he comes out (even when I bought it from him brand new & only have them work on it). I didn't pay last year bc I threw a fit!! IMO Joe should have took care of this problem the first time! He should have stood behind his work & the unit he recommended! This is not right! read more

They said they were going to send someone out to do a new estimate for new unit. I told them not the next day I would be gone and they never called back. I called another ac place and they fixed it. Maybe that's why this place has a 1.2 rating the guy that came out both times had the personality of a rock. Needs done manors on how to be kind to customers.

Took my $75 call out fee insisting on a check. We haven't heard from them since in 2 weeks, and are left with an A/C we can't run during Texas summer in the meantime. Tried calling them direct, no message returns (they did not answer). Finally reached a person at the office, who could find no records, and "seemed to remember they were waiting on parts" but was not able to pull up any information on the callout. She advised me to call the Home Warranty company to check. This appears to be a scam. I do not recommend using this company, and am asking the Home Warranty company to blacklist them and provide a replacement.

Immediate panic set in after a sleepless night of our tire blowing out on our boat trailer, hitting a deer, on the way and now this. So I called Adam the next morning and he got here within minutes. Although we weren't sure about the situation and very hopeless he was very genuine and wanted to help in any way he could. After checking the lines with cameras, a hot few hours in the sun, excavating the septic tank, removing the lid, fishing for keys which seemed like a needle in a haystack, and an attempt to pump it, we had given up. Although this type of fishing is not what we were expecting on our four hour trip away from home, we were finally able to pull the keys out thanks to Adam. A few tears were shed and he genuinely was willing to take less payment then what he deserved. And to think he did this all on the morning of his sons birthday. We are now able to enjoy the rest of our trip and make it back home to the city. Words don't express how grateful we are for Adam and Warren plumbing. Couldn't recommend him more. Please call him for any and all plumbing needs!!

He didn't know me/I wasn't a client, but when I called, he came out to my house, found us a hot water replacement tank, was very knowledgeable when we asked him about converting to tankless, and installed the new tank on two days notice. The most amazing part . . . he installed the new tank ON A SATURDAY! I've used him 3 times since then, and I could not recommend him more. He is wonderful, very good at his trade, and most importantly in this day and age, reliable. The last time I needed his services, he came on two hours notice to fix my toilet that was rocking so it would be stable and safe for my husband, who had just had a total-knee replacement. I cannot recommend Adam enough: he is the real deal!

Read more... Sooner Elite was contacted and texted me back. They were out early the next morning. They looked and said that only one section was sagging as a screw had come loose. They added extra strap hangers as required for support on the rest of the ducting and repaired the sagging duct connection. I took a quick look later and it looks great! I will use them again in the future! Great price, quick response, the job is complete. I recommend them for price, quality work, and being on time. Thanks Guys!
