Have been a Pest X customer for a couple of years. So impressed with their level of service and…read moreprofessionalism that I had them replace all the vents around my home. Unfortunately, the vents and/or install were not up to standard for my home as the vents continuously fell out leaving my home exposed to pest/animals, etc. After an attempt by a Pest X technician to rectify the problem to no avail, I contacted the regional manager Chuck regarding my ongoing problem. Upon contact with Chuck, I immediately felt heard and confident that he would ensure that my problem was rectified. So much so that he (Chuck) made a personal visit to my home to assess the problem. Not only did Chuck send out technicians to rectify my problem with my vents, he sent out a team to reassess and address any pest issues that I may have incurred due to the problem with my vents. Based on my security feed, these tasks took several hours to complete. I remain convinced that Pest X is the "BEST" when it comes to professionalism, timeliness, and most importantly, the "SAFETY" and "WELL-BEING" of their customer and their property. Beware of autopay…read more Laws just changed to protect people from common sketchy autopay practices. Bulwark has ignored my requests to stop service. They also ignored my messages about service: a) "do not come until we arrange a day and time for inside house.). b) "use your natural pest control products..... not those with carcinogenics". C) and again "stop service". Big disconnect. They keep coming. They keep charging. They keep using dangerous products. I hired another company in 2023: Carolina Pest Management. He replaced the affected outlet post haste and offered to send an estimate to replace all the outlets if I didn't want to do the work myself.
