When they did do the job they didn't do it on the day they said they were going to do it so I was a bit surprised. The job was not done correctly, they came out after weeks of me telling them and Lowe's that it wasn't done right and still didn't correct it. I remained in communication with them via text and email and was told they were going to come fix the problem. A week and a half went by and I called them again and was callied a liar by the owner Tom Renner. I hope he had a good time in Nashville, on my dime. I called him about a slight change and he went completely ballistic. He started calling me names. He was truly belligerent. His disrespectful behavior was not acceptable. Someone who supposedly has been in this business, for as long as he has, should never treat customers so poorly. Last week I went to a client to check out a small job he wanted done. While there, he started talking about the deck job that I had done for him 2 years prior. I was stunned that the deck looked as good as the day we finished it. When I expressed that, he too started to tell me about a friends deck that had started to fade in color in such a short period of time. I started to remember how easy this material was to route as well as minimal burrs from the screws. In short this is a great product. The company contacted us regularly, came when scheduled and did an excellent job. This year we contacted them for a new project. Upon accepting the quote, signing the contract and paying a deposit, we were given an installation date in writing. The day came, no fence, no call nor text, and no response to our calls or texts. A week later I received a call and was given a new date. Once again they were a no-show, no call, and no response to our calls or texts. Two weeks later the crew showed up and the work was completed. We will not use them again.
