Trash came that night and my smart key/remote starter went with it. Sigh. John, the owner of First Class Locksmith, answered the phone and was unbelievably kind! He quote me around $130.00 to have a duplicate made. If I didn't have my spare car key to drive then he would have had to come to my location (which they do, by the way), but it would've been a lot more expensive. So, only $130.00, and that is about half of what the dealer chargers. Oh and, John needed to go look up the key and see if they had it in stock and asked if he could call me back - within 20 min he called. He truly shows his customers that he cares. You can tell just from first impression. He's just a cool, down to earth person. Definitely recommend using this place if you ever have a key issue - hopefully it's not because you've put your keys in the trash like I did though!

You call them, then they put the job out for a locksmith to call you. They are very responsive and you usually get a call back very quickly. I most recently had Oren come out to my Katy home. He was very knowledgeable about my unique 1980s lock situation and the challenges that come with it. Not only did he repair it but he taught me a lot about it.
