I was back and forth a thousand times with requests and changes in such a short period of time. She never got irritated or upset and always got back to me promptly. At the end of the day we asked if they could use specific Cajun and Jamaican recipes from my own personal files. I spoke to the manager, CJ and all he said was, "That should have taken 5 minutes, sorry," with a shrug. No real apology, no accountability--he honestly seemed like he couldn't care less. After sitting there sweating for well over an hour and a half, we left hungry and frustrated. This is not our first negative experience there. We have had countless bad experiences this summer with their catering at Splash ClubZero sense of customer service. We will absolutely not be returning.
