And they had a nice breaded crunch. Literally the best cutlets I've ever had The pasta itself was very good too. Big fat homemade rigatonis. Sauce was perfectly creamy and flavorful. But the added spice was a bit much for me. I was fine but I think I would've preferred it plain. My husband felt the opposite and highly the spice was mild so I don't know. I was back and forth a thousand times with requests and changes in such a short period of time. She never got irritated or upset and always got back to me promptly. At the end of the day we asked if they could use specific Cajun and Jamaican recipes from my own personal files. Without hesitation they agreed to do so, and while we were all holding our breath the food tasted DELICIOUS and was SPOT ON with the flavors.
