Depending naturally what you are after, but if it is good barbecue stuff & meat, this is the place. Nothing too fancy, but good tasty food. The starters aren't really anything special. If you look at those, it would remind you of a average pub menu you can find in many pubs that offer fingerfood. We took crabcakes and shrimps, didn't taste anything special. For main course, we had Surf & Turf and 300g sirloin steak. The meat was just perfect. The standard test for me is to order my steak medium rare (medium -) and for a large thick stake it is really easy to undercook it. Mine came just perfect. My date took it medium, and it also arrived as it should have. Sauces we ordered were good and the special house potatoes were excellent. Some other reviews in eat.fi etc tell about slow service. I can say it was a bit slow, but one must remember it was a very busy Friday evening when most of the people came in at the same time in early evening. The kitchen had hard time to keep up. But the food didn't take that much time and we weren't in a hurry. The selection of bbq meats and pulled pork really would require a second and maybe a third visit to the restaurant. Our stomachs were filled and we liked to place. This wouldn't be perhaps the fine dining where you can take the lady out for the first time, but for a simple good dinner - spot on. The starters and a bit slow service would make the rating ****- but lets go with 4 stars for now :)

Steak was ordered medium and came to the table well cooked and the presentation was top notch. I had grilled vegetables with my meal and they were really good, although the carrots were slightly more al dente for my liking but they were good. Had the creme brûlée with raspberry's sorbet. It was spot on perfect. Service was really good here as well. One warning though - it is not cheap!

It was quite a disaster. We ordered Grill it! Burgers: Charcoal-grilled Finnish beef steak, brioche…read moreroll, basil and chilli mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, coleslaw, bacon and rosemary-salted French fries. I ordered it gluten-free but both were regular so the waiter apologised and took my plate back to the kitchen. My friend thought she'd wait for me to have my order before starting to eat but it took ages even though there were just a few customers in the big restaurant. While waiting a waitress came to ask if we're fine and said that the waiter had forgotten to say about the gluten-free order to the kitchen. When the waiter finally brought my meal, he said the kitchen sent apologies so I was confused who's lying here - the chef or the waiter. A moment later I noticed there wasn't any cheese in my burger so I asked the waiter why is that. He was clearly embarrased and went to ask the kitchen about the cheese. He came back with a cold slice of cheddar. I was like, are you serious? The cheese is supposed to be warm and melted on the steak, not cold and hard. I couldn't taste or see any rosemary in the fries, they were just basic fries. It's always frustrating when they promise something in the menu and you choose it excited to taste something special but the reality is just dull. The only delicious parts of the course were basil mayonnaise (didn't taste any chili there), coleslaw and Russian pickled cucumber with garlic. The steak was quite dry. The waiter offered me a free dessert and free coffees to both of us for the mistakes he and the kitchen made but we were too full to eat or drink either after the meal. So we didn't get any discount. Not going there anymore.
