When i first arrived from NH I had a puddle under my car and freaked out. I did not know any mechanics or anyone who could refer me. Soo i picked the closest to my residence. That was Drews at his Place by Frams. I drove it to his shop and he gave me a ride home then called me about half hour later and told me the bill was 20 bucks. I did not understand as I had a big puddle and for sure this was going to cost alot of money like something had blown a gasket or oil pan had a hole but Jason truthfully told me it was a loose air filter and just charged me for the oil. I was shocked as i drove that car all the way from NH without a problem . It could have been a big deal . I know a couple of fixers back in Nh That would have really tacked on the bill. Bill explained that I probably did not need new tires, the main reason tires lose air is due to the corrosion that occurs around the rim of the wheel. They kept milking her for money with repairs only to be right back for the same thing or something different. Then they found her another car supposedly more reliable. However, about a month later here she is back in their shop with repairs to this one and MORE money. They never even did a complete vehicle check before hand so now she's back I the same situation. When I called out of Cuban for her they in turn told her they didn't want me to ever call again although I was very polite. It seems to me either they are hiding something, are incompetent or enjoy taking advantage of senior citizens.

When I got home, (8.2 miles down the road) I noticed the left rear was completely dry rotted and cracked and even had a gash in it. I immediately called J & M tires letting them know about this and they told me to come in on Friday morning because the next day was the 4th of July. Fast forward to Friday morning, I come outside to now my RIGHT rear tire completely flat on the ground oozing slime. I come into J&M and was asked "what can we do for you?" Respectfully (because being rude gets you nowhere) say, we called Wednesday, the back rear is cracked and the right is flat and filled with slime we would like the old original tires put back on and s refund. The owner off the bat, WORD FOR WORD, "Thats fucking bullsh*t I would never put any slime in my f*king tires lady" I said okay I'm not an idiot there is clearly slime OOZING from my tires and a patch where they covered the nail hole. He proceeded to call me and my friend "f*king retards" He caused a scene in front of other customers, talked down upon us about to the other customers and staff. J & M tires treated me the worst I've ever been treated in my entire life. So eventually they put the originals back on. I made my friend wait in the car because she was so upset and when I went in to talk to the owner I said "Look, I did not come in here trying to insult you or your business I am sorry about this whether you knew or didn't know about the tire, something needs to be done about it." They have always went above and beyond to get my tire related problems taken care of quickly. Recently they installed BfGoodrich Comp2 tires on a firebird convertible project car for me. Earlier this year the fixed several small ATV trailer tires. Last Fall they installed new tires on my 1960 Chevy Truck, that no other tire shop would touch due to the type of original rims. They have installed numerous sets of tires on 4 Wheel drive Trucks for me. Every Purchase has exceeded my Expectations and if there was a problem, they always took care of it. They are a family business, that treats you like family.

1 Star - Absolutely the worst dealership experience of my life…read more I have purchased three vehicles from SVG Motors over the years, and after what they just put me through, I will never return and strongly advise others to stay away. My first purchase, a 2001 Chevy Blazer, was fine. My second vehicle, a 2006 Toyota 4Runner, is also a good vehicle -- but even then I should have learned my lesson. During that purchase, the salesman asked if I wanted the Simonize package. I clearly said NO. When I later reviewed the paperwork, I discovered they had added it anyway for around $2,500. It only got removed after arguing with the sales manager. That should have been the last time I ever stepped foot in SVG Motors. Unfortunately, I later saw a 2019 Acura TLX on their lot and made the mistake of trusting them again. About 16 months later, SVG contacted me offering to refinance my vehicle, claiming they could lower my payment and interest. I agreed and came in based on how they presented it. What happened next was completely unacceptable. During this so-called "refinance," I was forced to sell my car to SVG and repurchase the exact same car from them, which resulted in over $1,800 in unnecessary sales tax. I later confirmed directly with Day Air Credit Union that this is NOT required to refinance a vehicle. When I confronted SVG, the salesman claimed: "That's the only way we can do it." Hours later, one of the managers, Jeff called and offered three options: 1. Go back to my original loan 2. He would write me a check to cover the sales tax 3. Rewrite the deal again without sales tax I chose the check. On the day I was supposed to come in and receive it, I instead got a voicemail stating they had already written up a completely new deal and lowered my payment -- without my approval. During this entire process: * They forgot paperwork multiple times * A salesman showed up at my house unannounced on a Sunday, causing a panic and setting off my dogs * Communication was disorganized, inconsistent, and careless Worst of all, my original lender still shows my loan as active and due. When I contacted both lenders, I was told: * Day Air Credit Union received incomplete paperwork from SVG * They reached out to SVG and never heard back * Day Air ultimately informed me they do not offer refinancing loans at all -- only new vehicle purchases So now I am left dealing with: * Multiple lenders * A loan that should have been paid off but wasn't * Extra taxes charged that never should have existed * And zero accountability from SVG Motors This is not a misunderstanding -- it is a pattern of incompetence and deceptive practices. If you value your money, your credit, and your peace of mind: DO NOT do business with SVG Motors

I am highly frustrated and disappointed with this dealership. I bought a used car from them 4…read moremonths ago and it is already broken down with a blown transmission. Warranty is done after 3 months/90 days. So now I am stuck in a 7-8 year loan on a used vehicle that couldn't even make it half a year from this place. the transmission is going to cost $6,000 - $7,000 to replace. I didn't purchase the warranty because I was already paying $16,000 for a 2016 car that was priced high to begin with. Didn't want to keep tacking on more money onto the loan. The sticker price was $11,800 but after everything else they want you to add on, the cost goes up quickly. I also never thought something this major would go wrong with the vehicle so quickly. About a week after we got it home it was leaking oil, tires weren't staying filled up, smelled like weed very badly which was supposed to be taken care of at detailing. Just an overall horrible experience and easily the worst lot/customer service I have ever dealt with. You take your chances off of a used car lot, I get that, but for all the money they put into advertising, commercials, opening multiple locations, and so fourth they sure don't focus on the long term relationship with a customer or having them return later on to buy vehicles. After getting burnt this badly I won't ever make the mistake again. SVG Read the reviews, they are bad for a reason. You guys are making your money now but don't plan on being around long term with all the people you are letting down. Word travels quickly.
