There's plenty of hard stuff too but I stick mostly to beer. They've expanded their shelves & cooler making things more convenient. We wandered right up to the fridge to see the wines they already had chilled. After just a few seconds of staring up at the fridge with big wide eyes, a very helpful employee walked up and offered to help us. For the next few minutes, she described so many wines well that we wanted them all - but ultimately chose two that would fit in our wine bag. They also had bags of ice (which we needed for our wine bag) and a full liquor store selection (my husband picked up a bottle of bourbon after finding one that he couldn't live without). Our wines were wonderful (one kinda funky orange and one great pet nat), and the service was great as well. A wonderful shop for wine and other booze in Mystic!

They have a great scotch selection, including several Lowland and Islay scotches. The wine section is also pretty good, as long as you're staying within popular varietals. They carry my favorite bargains, Chateau Ste Michelle, and Rodney Strong. I wish they would expand on some of the more unique stuff, though. Their selection of ice wine, mead, ports, sherries, and nihonshu (sake) has actually shrank over the years. They also used to carry demi-sec champagne, but I haven't seen that there for years.
