My wife and I got them to schedule a meeting to meet us at our house in Loveland to show them what we wanted. After they went around the yard they told us they would send us a quote for the work we requested. Crickets... After 9 or so days I called them and spoke with one of the gentlemen myself and asked him why we hadn't heard back from them. His response was "our email must have got stuck in your spam filter so please check it." He said he would send another copy. Well the spam filter had nothing from Native Roots Landscape and there was never a second email sent out. Even if he had the email spelled incorrectly I would have expected the professionalism of a courtesy phone call to find out why we hadn't responded to his quote. Had he at least called I would have told him that after a second request we still didn't receive a bid for the work.
