Since the grand opening, I have felt welcomed and comfortable walking into Grit Fitness. I generally know my way around a gym, but I appreciate the suggestions and that I can ask questions at any time, without feeling like I am taking the owner(s) times. While the gym is opened 24/7, I like that the owner(s) are usually there during the day. They are very personable and available for help. I have not have any problems with other members and like that there are other businesses in the shopping center for general safety. I walked into grit fitness and the vibe was everything. I don't ever feel judged, or looked at. Everyone there is willing to step in and help and encourage. Carrie took the time to show me how each machine worked, what muscle it targeted and went over proper body mechanics. If you choose for a monthly fee there is a training app that you can do all sorts of cool things. The trainer will schedule work outs for you based on your goals. You can schedule a personal training session with them. Add and track your nutrition talk right in the app with them and a lot more.
