The Lord's gym is clean, people are aware of others, and the monthly rate is cheap, but don't let that fool you into thinking the gym lacks what's needed for a daily workout routine. The employees are helpful and friendly. I mention one more thing as it's the most important to me. This gym is not a meat market and as a result, one doesn't often see people socializing around equipment keeping others from using it. If you desire a great environment for a great price, this is your place.

The machines are in a convenient order for working various body parts together (i.e., leg day, bi's and tri's day, etc.), and they are marked with what body part is worked on each machine. They have trainers on staff. The other patrons are nice and/or they mind their own business. There's plenty of parking.
