One of the many things we discussed were their values. Which includes honesty, integrity, and quality. Throughout our build, not only did everyone on their team uphold these values, but they surpassed all expectations. Our project manager was John. We could not have been more pleased with him. His attention to detail is incredible. The man is a perfectionist and can see a flaw from a mile away. There were several times throughout the build that he would see something that we probably never would have noticed, but he would point it out and say it wasn't right and that they would take care of it. He was able to build our forever home with superior craftsmanship and nothing we asked them to do was impossible. Communication with their team was always simple, quick, and unmatched. Whether it was a quick text, call, or email. Everyone from the field crew to John, to Madison in the office, they were on it. Apart from the quality and thoroughness, John, Daniel, and frankly everyone on their teams are just the sort of people that you want to hang out with. They are personable, entertaining, and just downright fun. So not only did we get an amazing house out of this process, but we got new friends as well. From beginning to end, with Wright Choice Construction, you are going to get a whole different experience than you will with other contractors. When they say they are a Christian business, they mean it. They live by the standards that they set out. We never saw anyone on their team drinking, smoking, or cursing like sailor. In fact, over lunch one day, my wife saw the workers get together and pray over their lunches. So cool. We have heard horror stories and how building a house can be so stressful, but that is the total opposite of our experience. Although building a home takes time and effort, with WCC, it truly was a joy and honestly quite fun. They explained what they found, pointed out a couple of small issues, and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need. The gutters were completely cleaned out, downspouts flowing properly, and everything was left clean when they finished. It's hard to find companies that communicate well and do exactly what they say theyll do ProGutters delivered on both, I'll definitely be using them again for routine maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for dependable gutter service.

They had no safety equipment, they used regular silicone instead of gutter rated silicone and asked me if I had any contractor bags.

Neal Rose, the owner, never provided an official quote for my build and solicited me to provide upfront costs on a credit card to do preliminary excavation. I get the feeling this is an excavator trying to become a builder. He provided references but all three turned out to be business associates that raved about him. He could not provide addresses that I could visit to see his work. He only provided pictures in text messages. He did visit the site with an excavator on his own nickel "to see if there were large rocks in the ground". That resulted in two six foot deep holes on my lot that will have to be backfilled. Then suddenly when I suggested we use a local excavator to do some preliminary clearing to achieve a location for the house (instead of giving him $18,000 on a credit card) he immediately quit the project via a text message. Didn't have the guts to talk about it on the phone I guess. Home planners beware.

When I told him I needed it done by July 31st, he made sure it happened (without any kind of rush job surcharge). But he also didn't cut any corners- everything is solid, exactly as expected, and was the cost quoted to me. All the workers were incredibly respectful, communicative, and efficient- even helping with hookups and landscaping clean-up! After that, they took the time to schedule a free estimate, during which they even caulked some obvious but small holes in my roof, free of charge! Finally they started work three days after completing a very reasonable quote. They showed up early and worked effectively and efficiently to finish the work the same day! They took time to show me exactly what they were doing, and took great pictures and video in case I missed anything. I cannot wait to use MCN again for my next project! (For reference, I chose the shingle color!)
