I called to see if he had any experience fixing the tops on Jaguars. I was told it was a common issue for the glass to separate from the tops because of the heat in Florida. He said he could fix it without having to replace the top so I dropped of the car to get the repair done. after beginning the repair he called and said he wasn't going to be able to make a quality repair that would last more then a few months because of the extent of the damage. I love the honesty that I was provided at this shop. He could have easily repaired my top and sent me on my way to encounter the same issue in a couple of months. When you visit you can tell he has a relationship with his clients and has a following amongst the car community.

By freak chance Stevw was walking by as I stalled out on the shoulder with the hood up & hazards on ...He offered to help! It turned out to be something a little more involved . It was a Sunday & this-guy went above & beyond to help me. So honest & reliable. He took my phone # and kept in touch with me through the day ... He had some. things to do but promised to come back to look at my car As I spent the afternoon with family, I left my keys with the hotel valet ... Steve came to the parking lot where I was able to leave my car & worked on it right there ( I ended up getting a room for the night - as I wasn't sure my car be fixed by days end. ) Steve bought the parts & fixed my car with his helper Zach. Luckily it was just the Intake sensor ( & air filter) & less than 3 hours later & $400 my car was running like a charm. Steve followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure my car was running good & I got home to NY SAFE . it was a pretty amazing experience - a single woman traveling alone & from out of state - - Amyone could hav taken advantage of me in that situation & I thank the universe for putting Steve. in my path that day! Many I spoke with were overpriced, with ok work. Then I called POLANCO auto detailing.... 321-228-5160 OMG..... The workmanship, attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism was flawless. This husband and wife team have a van that is fully equipped with a generator, (not my electricity) their own water tank (not my hose), and every possible piece of equipment they would need. They showed up on time, set up a table to work on, and began working immediately. Both he and his wife are a true team! (They also do oil changes, brakes etc. ) This particular car, 2005 Subaru Forester, has never been detailed before. We have a dog that sheds and we transported other dogs, I have also transported furniture, picked up wood from Lowes, and hauled many things in this because the vehicle is so versatile. Ive driven it on long rides, spilt coffee, food, and snacks. Even when I have cleaned it, the stain and odors persisted. Saying it was a real mess, would be an understatement. This incredible team, got every stain, (and there were alot of them) out of the seat, floors, side arm rest, there wasn't a speck of residue anywhere in this vehicle. They got the blue paint off the side of the car that I accidently spilled on it while painting the house. They even cleaned the Yellowed headlights, and the Hood of the car and the motor. This car looks like it came off the show room floor. The cost for all this you ask???? He only requested $150.00. I gave him $200.00 and if I had more cash on me i would have given more.
