Like the old fashioned type of shop where you can trust their work and just sit back and have faith that it will be done with a smile, on time, and at a fair price. They are kind, understanding, and like a family to us. They stand behind their work. We recently had a warranty issue and they took full responsibility for it. They replaced the part that had gone bad, and then went over and above to make sure that all of the other points of the vehicle were tip top. Amazingly, they honestly did not even charge us a dime for it.

On Oct 27, 2025 I bought tires at Costco but they couldn't get one wheel off, they said it was…read moreovertightened and they didn't have the means to handle it. So I took it to Lake County Euro. They charged me $213.99 to remove the studs and retightened. I took it back to Costco, same thing, couldn't budge that back tire. I took it to Barnett Bros and they broke several tools and wore out two big guys getting the wheel off it was so tight, fortunately no damage. They replaced all 5 studs. Good as new. There's no way that LCE got the studs out and retightened to specs. Was LCE lying to me that they removed/loosened the studs? You tell me. Never again.
