He didn't show, would not answer the phone or respond to messages. 1) Has incorrectly fitted a new gate. 2) Fencing not to spec 3) One fence post 2ft higher than the rest 4) Paving incomplete falling 200mm short on two edges 5) mortar missing in several places 6) several loose slabs 7) pond unfinished I made several attempts to make contact and come to some mutual solution. He chose to just ignore me & walk away! He seems a decent chap but obviously cannot be trusted - do not use
