Since I live in Medical Lake this grocery outlet, And the one in Cheney are about the same distance from me. I find that they both usually have a few Different items from each other. Both are clean and well maintained and all of the items are within sell by or best buy date. I love. The prices of most things are great. If I could rate 0 stars I would! My husband and I had a very uncomfortable and awkward experience at this Grocery Outlet location. We were shopping after work around 7:30 PM and were the only customers in the store. As we were finishing up, the only employee working (an older male, likely 50+) approached my husband and told him he "had him on camera" and that he "wasn't allowed to touch my backside." For context, my husband had simply placed his hand on my lower back while we were walking. Nothing inappropriate! We are married, very much grown adults in our late twenties, and were even purchasing alcohol. The interaction felt accusatory, unnecessary, and honestly a bit like harassment. It was extremely uncomfortable and made what should've been a quick grocery run feel unsettling. We were minding our own business and not bothering anyone, so we were shocked to be approached in this way. Management should really be aware of how their employees are speaking to customers. We won't be returning to this location. read more

I really like this store... There are things you can't find elsewhere... However it is a ever changing inventory which is discouraging when you find something you really like. I like thier meat Dept. They have in packages of 2 New York strip steak which is reasonably priced and good quality... I shop here because the prices are good and some good and different choices. My favorite Grocery Outlet is the Airways Heights store... But the North Division store is closer. read more

Been going to this store for years. And I will say that you can find some great deals. That being said they are under new management now and the woman owner is very condescending. When dealing with an advertised price that she did not want to honor she was speaking in an incredibly patronizing voice and trying to tell me I don't know how to read. She then got caught in her own mistake and, honored the price because legally she's required to, but no apology or acknowledgment of her error or condescension. I have also noticed their prices are not as good as they used to be so I am shopping here much less now. read more

Let's go hunting! What will we find this time?? I love coming here. Everyone is friendly. Store is very organized and clean. Treats of coffee for adults and a basket of fruit for the kids to pick from. My grandchildren like to grab the small carts and fill them with their own things. They have all sorts of brands. It's hit or miss. If you see it, grab it. Wines area is my favorite! Very good wines at very good prices. I do not have any in Florida but when I come to visit my daughter I have to go many times. I usually love my Grocery Outlet for their unique NOSH isle. However, the Airway Heights store has new management, and "they" decided to within a few weeks, and without any feedback from loyal customers, destroy the reason why Organic shoppers shop there first....They are trying to disperse what Grocery Outlets are known for....the organic NOSH section. And the reasoning/argument was full of holes, stating "we want more people to go organic and we believe putting it throughout the store will do that". The owner was sure to say also "thats what I want when shopping". However, IF she were a committed organic food shopper she would know that it saves time to pick up everything organic you need in the Nosh isle FIRST, thus saving time drudging through other isles. AND the NOSH Isle slways has the sugary juice isle just across, so as to bring the junk fooders up close and personal with the health isle. Again, the NOSH isle is a unique niche that Grocery Outlet has. You dont buy a Nikey store and then remove the "Nike" icon from the shoe. You dont buy a KFC store, then stop selling chicken within two weeks. I will be taking my money and marketing elsewhere, if the managers dont take heed. Doing otherwise just is not good business sense. My suspicion....they want to try to make money by getting organic shoppers to search every isle and pickup unhealthy food. That wont work and it will back fire. I suspect their employees arent happy with the sudden change either. So much for benefitting the community that pays their bills:( read more

I was in two grocery outlets the other day. This one and 3rd ave in SPokane. It was night and day. The airway heights location is clean, immaculate, no boxes all over floor, courteous staff that treats me well, a clen parking lot. This is my the Grocery Outlet i am sticking to. Its worth the extra miles just to be able to leave with a smile. They should train the employees at the other G.O. location. Great store! Very clean, large enough aisles that more than 1 cart can maneuver at the same time, staff is very pleasant and helpful. The only downside is that the selections on most aisles changes a little each week. So if you got a great deal on cheddar cheese last week that doesn't mean that they will have that same cheese there this week. But, I get it..... they're kind of like a "close out" grocery store and each week things change because they're buying certain items according to what they can get in that will allow them to pass on the fantastic prices to us, the consumers. It's worth it. I signed up for their weekly emails and i just plan my shopping according to what the emailed flyer highlights. Oh, and also the actually have a really good selection of wine for a grocery store in little ol' Airway Heights! :) read more
