Their plants are healthy and reasonably priced. I also go for a truckload or two of their custom topsoil mix to help my ailing landscape; their topsoil is excellent. One customer told me he gets some every spring to boost his bulb plantings (and he has a LOT of them). This year I just want to add it to my vegetable bed. Far beyond anything I expected!! My family and I are frequently buying fruit trees, berry bushes, and other harder to find things, I will definitely be checking their inventory before purchasing anything due to their great customer service. I ordered a mulberry tree for a gift for Mother's Day. I spent $120 and this thing has a huge bend in it. it's going to make it difficult to plant and look awful. definitely not worth $120!

My point of contact "Marlene" was the worse. I paid for a 8-10 ft tree and it arrived in a 8 ft long box mangled and water soaked and she said the tree had 10 years of life. The leaves were all dead, yellow and with insect bites through all of them. Below is a pic of my four trees at $160 each and next to it a $40 Walmart tree. Mark's Greenhouse sold me 3 scoops of raised bed soil on Thursday, with promises to deliver on Monday. They had none on their lot even as they charged me for some, and now they have no idea when the soil will arrive. Customers have been inconvenienced - last week I had the possibility of getting a friend with a pickup to go to Barber's for some of their soil. And, now I will have to do that anyway on my own. I am a 74-year old woman. This is not good for my health. Customer service rep was curt and threw her problem in dealing with her supplier back at me. Once I got inside I realized that it's basically a small Walmart. The only thing missing is the automotive department. Of course they don't have the same selection as a larger store like home Depot or Lowe's, but I quickly noticed that pretty much everything I needed for my small projects could be found here. After perusing the aisles for a while, I realized that I probably won't need to go to Walmart nearly as much. The staff is super friendly and the prices are on the low side. The gentleman in the lawn and garden section was very patient when educating me on garden plants. I highly recommend checking out Houston hardware and garden center before heading to one of the superstores in Warner robins. They probably have what you need here for cheaper.
