To my dismay, this store looked like a poorly ran Thrift Store. Items tossed on the floor and being walked on, wrinkled up clothes crammed onto shelves, discarded trash on shelves just a MESS! I wondered throughout the store taking pics and left without buying anything. I think corporate should consider doing a surprise visit. I noticed groups of 3-4 employees standing and visiting, or to be fair, maybe discussing company policies, and not one employee recognized me or asked if I needed help finding something. It was around 10 am so not a lot of customers shopping. When I got home I reached out to Corporate and sent the kind lady all my photos as she requested. She did apologize for my shopping experience and let me know that someone from corporate will be getting in touch with me.
