Looking around, I saw that they had macarons and was excited to try them as someone else has mentioned they were good (at the place I was originally looking for) so even though it was expensive (9€ for 7 pieces that were just a little bigger than a half dollar coin), we bought them. After dinner back at our hotel, I was super excited to try them out and then super disappointed that they were ROCK HARD. Cracked and crumbled everywhere. I could knock someone out with one of these things. Highly disappointed.
