Worst experience I've had....first time was a crazy story from this lady - she said, my heat pump…read moreblew, I need to keep your dog for a few more hours...the quote was $100-150, she charged me $200..I paid $240 with tip, she was talking about driving my dog to Brentwood from plaistow, etc. it was crazzyy...long story short it was an 8 hr haircut......and then, we reluctantly went back to them....booked 4 weeks out, on a Sunday at 11 - place was closed...I called, she texts me back says she's at a funeral and that she called and left a message to reschedule (never happened)......she clearly lied - never effectively communicated...we adjusted our entire schedule to accommodate an appt I knew she was going to be there, and sure enough she wasn't....call some place else....they never pick up when you call anyway, you'll see! Pay somebody else! Just not a good business owner
