The kind woman on the phone said they do not take kittens but would be happy to help if Alicia the groomer consented. She did, so I brought my kitten mango in. Not only were they so gentle and kind, they made sure to get to know mango and my's backstories. I even heard the groomer make it a point to meet the parents of other dogs she has just groomed to ensure she was 100% happy. I was nervous mango wouldn't like it, but she was so calm and sweet with them. I expected to pay about $20.... but nope! FREE OF CHARGE because all they wanted was for mango to get home okay. Goodness. Truly great people. This place needs more reviews and I would recommend 100% P.S mango says thanks!!

When I picked her up, her ears were still wet and I noticed some parts of her were not completely trimmed as well as they have been in the past. My appt was just a few days ago and her hair has a mat in it behind her ear from that area not being trimmed properly. Turned out to be a great experience for our puppy. Skyler took great care of our buddy. She was friendly and positive and Dune appeared to like her right away. He was looking a little too furry. When we picked him up he looked amazing. Skyler said he was very well behaved and was easy to work with. We were a bit concerned as Dune is very energetic. After all he is just a puppy. We'll return to have Dune taken care of whenever it's needed. A very clean and professional facility with enough room to not have multiple pets in the same room. Great job!
