I can't tell you how many other groomers have made my Wheaten look like a Schnauzer and my Cairn look like a Scottie. I had a different stylist this time and usually my dog would be at the groomers for a few hours. This time they called me after about 45mins to an hour and said she was all finished. When I picked her up, her ears were still wet and I noticed some parts of her were not completely trimmed as well as they have been in the past. My appt was just a few days ago and her hair has a mat in it behind her ear from that area not being trimmed properly. A little frustrated only because I've had such good experiences in the past with a different groomer from this establishment and this time it was not anywhere near to what it usually is.

Turned out to be a great experience for our puppy. Skyler took great care of our buddy. She was friendly and positive and Dune appeared to like her right away. He was looking a little too furry. When we picked him up he looked amazing. Skyler said he was very well behaved and was easy to work with. We were a bit concerned as Dune is very energetic. After all he is just a puppy. We'll return to have Dune taken care of whenever it's needed. A very clean and professional facility with enough room to not have multiple pets in the same room. Great job!

This would be my pups second grooming. 1st and last time here! they shaved my poor pup down to his skin. whoever groomed him left patches like a beginner. He is traumatized. She tried to over charge by putting a $15 late fee on my bill and charged me $10 extra for matting which was never explained up front. not that grooming is cheap, as it is!! I am NOT happy!!! Customer service needs work, not a friendly environment! My dog is traumatized and mopeing around. Not sure how they handle the dogs when they groom them! We won't be back!! Sue, the Owner of In Home Pet Care is very passionate about her craft. What pleases me the most is that she is patient and truly listens to your concerns and instructions about grooming your pet. Its currently off Army Post, but when I started going to Sue the shop was just a small little place off of SW 9th right next door to Andy's Place. Their prices are very reasonable! I asked her to style my pup's hair a certain way and requested to use specific ribbon colors. It was my very first time taking my pup in, so she took me on a little tour of her "pet salon" - I loved that level of transparency! A lot of bad or shady groomers don't bother showing you the behind-the-scenes of their facility. She also allowed me to look @ her ribbon selection so I can choose what would best match my pups outfit....yes, I am one of those people dresses their dog! I dropped my pup off right @ opening (7:30am) and picked her up later at about 4pm - Sue was very friendly and took time to speak with me for about a full half hour about her professional experience, and other services. I told her that I just relocated from California, so she informed me about her "pup-sitting services" - which she does....In Home! =) Lastly, my pup smelled soooooo good.
