I…read moreknow that I have one dog that is very difficult to groom, but I called 7 times to check how they were doing with no answer. I sat in the parking lot for over an hour to make sure they were okay and eventually saw someone eating. I went in to pick up my dogs around 230 after they were not answering my calls. They were kept up against a wall with dog gates. They said they were just about ready to text me. I understand and things come up, but the lack of communication and how my dogs were kept while they were waiting for me was heart breaking. I have never seen them this stressed before. I will never take our dogs to this place ever again.

I was so bummed because 1) the wait to get into Smitten Kitten is long and 2) I didn't want to lose my hefty deposit ($70) Their employee, Carrigan was so helpful & she helped me get things straightened out and was able to reschedule me:-) After I expressed that it was a human error(on my part) and I wasn't just a no show, Carrigan was helpful and professional about communicating with the owner and myself.
