The work was done over a period of a couple of months as my wife and I kept changing our minds as to what we wanted done. What started with the replacing of a single light turned into a much larger project. Don and John (father and son) were always punctual, hardworking and focused on the work at hand. They were very patient with our changing work orders. They also educated us in the selection of light bulbs. Buying a light bulb is no longer simple and they guided us through the process. This company arrived Saturday morning, inspected our meter and determined it needed replaced and additionally, some minor repairs on the box were needed. I was told it needed to be done today or we could wait till next week. I made the decision to have it fixed on the spot, but was incredibly surprised to hear the price for a simple replacement and repair that took less than 2 hours. $2400 for a new box and a couple of wires reinstalled, all outside. I am frustrated because I felt I had to make the decision to say yes, knowing little about the issue myself and having no other current options. Had I know before hand how little work needed done I would never of agreed to such a steep price.

He made me feel at ease answering a bunch of questions and concerns. The shipping process was first class. The company they used provided tracking and had an 800 number to call for updates. That was super helpful considering I ordered my cabinets during the worst winter snow and ice storm of 2026. Never the less they still arrived on time. Then came assembly. I was a bit nervous with the first base cabinet but I remember Jake telling me to watch the online assembly videos. They were great. The first cabinet took us about an hour to assemble but after that we were old pro's. My wife and I had a mini assembly line going. We were able to assemble the rest at around 20 minutes a piece. Let me assure you these cabinets and hardware are top notch. They are super well engineered. Everything was cut exactly to length and went together perfectly. I would offer one tip for future buyers. Get yourself a small paint brush to spread the glue evenly. We used way too much on the first one but after that it was perfect. Do not be intimidated with the assembly process. They take all the guesswork out of it for you. Next time we need cabinets I know where I'm going.
