I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. I had a small project to level a area in my backyard and make a flower bed around the tree once the…read moregrade was fixed. Sarah scheduled my estimate date and time. Chris came out a few days later and we went over the project details. He gave me the estimate right on the spot. Which doesn't seem to be very common anymore. I found the price for the work to be very reasonable and put my 50% down the next morning. To my surprise they started the work just a few days later with getting the top soil brought in to level the grade. The following afternoon they brought the bricks for the flower bed and knocked that out in about 4 hours. They did a good job, they guys were super nice and you could tell they take pride in their work. I would also like to note that Sarah kept in constant contact with me. If the guys were running a bit behind. I would get a message from her letting me know. I truly appreciate a company who cares enough to keep you in the loop and communicate with their customers at all times. I will be using this company again next spring for a larger landscaping project in my backyard. Their quality of work and fair prices put this company ahead of the others I have tried. Now I just need to figure out what I'm going to plant in my new awesome flower bed. !

What a fantastic job they did! This company has trimmed my bushes two or three times prior to today and I will continue to use them and recommend them. In addition to the bushes in the backyard, this company was able to shape up my small trees in the front yard. They are not a tree company but they have enough tools to make my front yard look fantastic. They also cleaned up all of the trimmings and took them away. Someone called back and told me they would be out next day in the afternoon. When they didn't show up, I called and left a message. No return call after not showing up. I understand my simple one off cut (even though the website states they do this) was likely not a big deal cost wise, but the other landscaping and yard work I will be hiring out in the future will be significant. The company that actually responded and came out isn't complaining and probably quite surprised about how a simple job could turn into some good revenue for them in the Spring. Amazing people stay in business with this kind of customer service.
