The receptionist was rude and talked over me, and they unnecessarily ran my insurance even though this was employer-paid. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield through my employer and my primary care providers are within Corewell, so that made even less sense. Poor coordination and unprofessional customer service. I will not be returning and would recommend others go elsewhere.

Even his care notes show he wasn't listening to me. He told me I had a lipoma, which I knew wasn't what this was. I worked in oral surgery in the past, I know some things even if I don't have a fancy PA degree. The next morning I had to go to the ER at my work to get antibiotics for the right side swelling I had in my face that I told Tim was going to happen. I had to pay $200 that I didn't have for an ER visit I shouldn't have needed. He was arrogant and dismissive.

They listen to his extravagant broken up stories of what happens (I try to fill the gaps). The staff is friendly and engages with him. He never feels scared when they have to take him back for x-rays. I think it's really important for people to understand the difference between ER, Urgent care and primary care. Because this place is always great for urgent matters.
