I was represented by Tamara Grossman during mediation in connection with my case with Scott J. Brook, P.A. My experience was extremely disappointing. I did not feel that adequate attention was given to correcting prior issues that had been repeatedly identified and raised. In addition, I did not feel that Tamara Grossman was adequately prepared or able to effectively support my position during the mediation process.
Although the firm had access to my case file, research, and documentation, I had to repeatedly restate and re-explain information, which resulted in additional time and costs, including charges related to addressing errors, following up on missed items, and monitoring important deadlines that were not handled proactively. Moreover, I did not feel she represented me effectively or identified issues that were not in my favor.
This led to confusion, increased stress, a loss of confidence in the process, and resulted in unnecessary expenses that should not have been passed on to the client. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience with both Scott J. Brook, P.A. and Tamara Grossman. I felt dismissed throughout the process, and I ultimately retained new counsel.
