Additionally, I find the lawyer's demeanor to be unprofessional and rude. It is clear he prioritizes avoiding legal pushback over genuinely assisting his client. He frequently talks down to me and seems to assume that I am trying to undermine him. This level of service is unacceptable, and I need a more dedicated and respectful approach moving forward. Furthermore, when I requested the termination of counsel, I was presented with a bill that exceeded the retainer by over two thousand dollars. It's important to note that we haven't spent a day in court or meditation yet. At no point did they inform if this. If I hadn't spoken up and terminated the contract that bill would've been more.

Larry was making me lukewarm to getting acquainted with jail! He was bargaining my freedom for another one of his cases! Clearly! The day of TRIAL she didn't show up. I wanted to take it to trial.... Larry didn't want to point blank he didn't want to fight for me and didn't know the dam facts. He even said to me STATE NOT dropping this from a felony charge on the date of trial I asked him can they lower it to a misdemeanor-he says NO.! GUESS WHAT!?The State looks at me and sees Plaintiff isn't showing and decides to LOWER THE CHARGE!!!! To Misdemeanor.... I then tell Larry I will only TAKE misdemeanor if and only ifffff I CAN EXPUNGE this off my record. He says to me yes yes yes yes yes you can Seal not expunge. 754.084 stipulates as a FELONY - it cannot be sealed nor expunged???? I HAVE YET TO GET A DAM ANSWERRRRRRR on when I can seal this if it is even possible! The texts state--it's a different statute. The man who set me up Ravi, died two days before case was cleared!EVIL DOESN'T PAY EVER. Karma is a real. ENERGY is real. As I embark on being a lawyer this experience has taught me so much about valuing clients as human people.
