If your goal is to find a professional that WON'T reply to you, then this is the firm for you!…read more I called Jared Namm once and left a message. Nothing. Called him a second time. THIS time, he replied with "I am busy and will call you back." Great. No problem. He didn't. I called a THIRD time and he replied, "I will call you back shortly." Great. No problem. Again, he didn't. So he's either REALLY BAD at his job, or he's just have a great time *messing* with potential clients. Either way, it's an awful look. The best advice I can give you is to AVOID BERMAN LAW GROUP as their qualification criteria leave much to be desired. If all the employees at Berman are like as worthless and unprofessional like this clown Jared Namm, then Berman isn't a law firm, but circus.

I still have a case going on…read more I saw a flyer online & I needed a lawyer I chose them because Supposedly they had a good rating. Worst Mistake Ever. I had a previous attorney (From this company) that was doing an Excellent Job, Getting me on track to seek Care, Constantly Reaching Out To me, but from too much Cases given to a single person she quit & got a better job that DOESN'T OVERWORK THEIR Employees. After she left I was passed on to this female lady & Oh boy does she take Forever to reach back out, She Told Me That I need to find Care and places that can accept me and that I need to pass on the information to her so she can send out a referral ?! Isn't that her job? Well it's been well over a year, Case Still open & my last conversation with her is that I cannot be seen for treatment anymore because lack of treatment in the past, 1st off That's her Fault for not getting me to the appropriate treatment on time. 2.Her lack of communication towards US The paying client. And Even With BAD SERVICE THEY PROVIDE, THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU 33.3% FROM YOUR CASE SETTLEMENT. They are The WORST LAWYERS TO CHOOSE FROM. GO ELSEWHERE FOR BETTER SERVICE & FASTER CASE PROCESSING TO GET YOUR SETTLEMENT. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T DESERVE A PENNY. YOU'RE BETTER OFF ELSEWHERE. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I COMMITTED.

This place saves you a lot of hassle and heartache for a fee…read more.. Let me preface I used these guys (411 Pain) a few years ago during a nasty accident while attending FIU. Initially I felt cheated right after all was said and done (large portion of settlement went to them and the doctors). However after looking back on the incident, overall I have to say it was actually the best option to go with these guys. You may be asking "how can you say it was the best option to go with these guys - they ripped you off?" -yes, but mostly no (compared to your other immediate options) --Story below: Right after the accident you are shook up and injured (fractured wrist) - you are not in the right state of mind, your heart is racing, you are shivering you are scared and confused. You call the insurance company, they say "Don't worry we'll take care of you" - you ask what do I do next, they tell you some information and then say that's all they can do (I literally remember it as "blah blah blah blah" - ala teacher from Charlie Brown) ...I don't have health insurance (I was a young stupid student), but was told to go the urgent care/emergency room to get looked at...and it would get sorted later...coming to my senses and being a accounting major (professional cash tight wad in training) this didn't bode well for me...go to the ER room is $500 just stepping though the door and not assurances on how this will be paid.....no...... At this stage I'm about to cry - I really don't know what to do next - luckily I was within sight of the 411 pain bill board. Honestly I never trusted things like this, but I thought it can't get any worse -I had zero net worth sitting in my wrecked car any my wrist is starting to hurt worse.... So I dialed the number was handed off to case manager and he assured me everything would be ok, and setup a visit to the doctor within 2 hours - they picked me up from the tow shop (my car had to get towed off 95) took me straight to the doctors, told me they/someone's insurance will cover this - yep fractured almost broken wrist, and early signs of back injury...,ugh...how am I going to pay for this? What am I going to do without my car? I just want my life to get back in order - I have midterms on the horizon damn it! The law firm sends their damage appraisers to survey the damage to my wreck of a car while I was seeing the doctor and told me over the phone that it looks pretty bad and will take a few days to fix providing I find the right garage - I didn't even want to ask the estimated cost of repairs - however before I could utter the words - they said I shouldn't worry about it, and that Kanner & Pintaluga will take care of me and they will see to it my car gets repaired. The driver takes me to their office where I sign and fill even more paperwork, talk to the lawyer who will be handling my case - everyone put me at ease as this was a very stressful time for me (I would guess for anyone really) Reading through the documents with a clearer head - it basically said the firm will be taking a portion of the settlement. The settlement will also be used to cover the auto repair costs and doctor visits - whatever is left is mine. At this point I didn't really care about the cash as much as just getting my life together...meaning me without pain and having a working car... The firm set up my doctor and physical therapy appointments - I attend everyone of them - my back and wrist doesn't hurt and healed from the injury. They also gave me back my car full repaired 4 days later - amazingly I think it looked better than before the accident! I get regular updates on my case - roughly twice a month. Fast forward 5 months later - I get notice that the case was finally settled for a rather large sum. However I will only receive a few grand, after all the fees, repair costs, doctor visits are applied. I was rather bummed at that time - however looking back - These guys were the best option I could have gone with. My car was repaired, I was repaired, the traumatic experience only lasted a day with these guys overseeing everything. In retrospect back then I only really had two other options: - Do what the insurance company told me and get screwed financially - Attempt to find a doctor, lawyer and keep on top of the law suit and not fall into a deep financial hole -- oh yeah you are a scared 20 year old and know no one around town to help you when this happens... What these guys really do for you is handle this big nasty mess of an accident - make sure you are medically taken care of, your car is taken care of, deal with the insurance companies, go to court for you, saving you tons of worry and grief and allow you to just go on with your life like nothing happened. Would I have like to have a bigger chunk of that settlement? Of course, however the most important thing is that I was ok mentally and physically, not disabled, and could go on to ace my midterms and continue my scholarship.

RUN RUN RUN AVOID AVOID AVOID BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!…read moreTerrible experience and total lack of professional ethics. They have been handling my case since October 2024, and the service has been deplorable. In nearly two years, they never once bothered to call me on their own initiative to provide an update. Although the firm is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, my case was assigned to a representative in Atlanta who isn't even an attorney, leaving me completely unprotected legally and without any direct communication with a licensed professional. I honestly feel that my case was never thoroughly discussed or negotiated to truly protect my best interests as a client. To make matters worse, the case was closed two weeks ago, and now I am being told that the check could take up to 90 days to arrive--an unacceptable withholding of funds after such a lengthy process. Upon looking deeper into this, I discovered that they operate through a network of "case runners" who are paid commissions for referring clients. This completely explains why they treat you like a number and a transaction rather than a client in need of real legal representation. Do not fall for their promises; find real lawyers who actually get involved and respect their clients.

I can't say enough good things about Attorney Dylan Hanson and his incredible legal assistant,…read moreTamar. Dylan helped my family through one of the most difficult times in our lives. He fought for justice for my grandmother, who was harmed due to the negligence of an assisted living facility in Jacksonville, Florida. From day one, Dylan was clear, compassionate, and committed. He was diligent in every aspect of the case and kept me informed at every single step. He explained everything clearly and concisely, without sugarcoating anything. Tamar was also incredible: always responsive, kind, and organized. Together, they made this legal process feel manageable, which made me feel hopeful. Assisted living facilities can be awful when it comes to accountability, and it's not uncommon how often residents, like my grandmother, and their families are left feeling powerless. Without attorneys like Dylan, these places would continue to get away with their negligence. He made sure that didn't happen in our case. It was clear in the way he spoke to the opposing attorneys that he genuinely cared about seeking justice. It wasn't just about winning the case for him. He was honoring what my grandmother endured. I am forever grateful for Dylan's hard work and dedication. If you're facing a situation involving elder neglect or abuse, don't go through it alone. Dylan Hanson is the person you want in your corner.

Do NOT Recommend. The other bad review is spot on! Sadly, it's clear this firm is only concerned…read morewith settlement money and not actual justice or holding hospitals and insurance companies accountable. It's been said they work "with" the hospitals they claim to be against, instead of the victims, so, in turn, serious injuries, medical malpractice and neglect can continue and their business continues to thrive, making money off unsuspecting victims that are simply looking for liability and accountability for the death of their loved one. Tell them you won't settle and see how long they waste your time before they resign from your case, even after being assured multiple times in writing (will provide proof) a jury trial was the goal. Dealing with Garrick Harding and Michael Brevda's blatant lies, refusal to inform of ANY deadlines and failure to just do what was required, was only apparent after their horrid bullying tactics for a huge settlement didn't work. All they see is dollar signs... Now I have to find a legal malpractice attorney. HCA hospital settlement offer for Wrongful Death was $500,000, I didn't accept it, however Garrick wanted me to settle for $25,000, based on his "expertise". This firm is a joke and absolutely not for victims or their families. Don't fall for their sales pitch, that is all it is. They have no intention of following through with their promises. It is all fraud. Be sure to check out the review Michael B. left for his own company below. If that doesn't tell you how shady this firm is, I don't know what will.
