Most likely not too expensive huh? ...right... I walked in there and the staff was very pleasant, I simply asked for half an hour and the price was $40. Yes a little over priced whenever there is so much more competition charging $35 an hour but I thought to myself it must be worth it. I walked into a room and undressed for my quick massage, the therapist was pleasant and instructed her that I was quite sensitive on my lower back above my behind and she followed. As I was looking forward at the force and relief once she touched me, unfortunately she did not succeed. I asked myself maybe it was the fact that I needed the hour however Ive been plenty of places where a quick massage and manage to pull through at a more reasonable price of course. Now that I've been working out and running I developed some serious knots and tightness around my shoulder traps and chest that eventually made it very hard to sleep at night and the stiffness became too much to endure during the day. Went in for a 90 minute massage and although it was slightly painful at some points, I noticed an immediate change in stiffness yesterday and this morning feeling a lot better. I followed it up with a warm epsom salt bath last night as well and plan to stretch and do more cardio for increased blood flow so that I can minimize this from ever happening again.
