I walked away feeling relaxed but also empowered to tackle any of my lingering issues that had been causing me pain. She also gave me some great literature (that she developed and wrote herself!). She is extremely good at communicating with you and responding to you as she progresses. With other Therapists sometimes if you say said "that's a bit too much pressure" they'll respond by treating you like an infant for the rest of your treatment. Pam REALLY listens, adjusts and then asks you how the pressure is afterwards. That is so refreshing. You can tell she really cares about what she is doing (and about your well-being personally) and that responsibility would make anyone feel comfortable, whether injured, over stressed, over-worked or a combination of all of the above. I look forward to reading her literature and seeing her again in July when I come back to town. The massage is definitely worth the trip even if it wasn't my sole purpose. NOTE: Make sure you have cash or tell her how much you'd like to tip her before she rings you up. I personally felt horrible afterwards realizing this.
