(This is for properties 8 units or less over 8 units it would scale back) Maintenance is billed out at $45+tax/hour unless it needs a specified plumber or electrical. Since covid hit in 2020 we have offered an extended service to investors who can not get here. This is to start building the trusting relationship we feel you should have with your investment manager. We will go with your agent and look at the house from a maintenance prospective and let you know if the house is is good condition or if we would walk away. All that is required for this is to pay the 450 plus tax set up fee and we are off to building your moncton portfolio.
