He even went so far as to pull off the circles on some grid tile we were using in the niches and shower floor and place them manually as he didn't feel he could match the squares without significant gaps. When he came back to do some final baseboard work, he actually teared up looking at the final result of the bathroom. Who do I reach out to now... the independent contractor has ghosted me and has not returned my…read morecalls. They have taken down my reviews. I have been more than patient... I am just tired of the disruption to my families and my life. I am 100% unhappy with the quality of work and the unfinished result. It started with the installation of the wrong carpet... now it has taken them 5 times to come and fix issues with the wood floor they installed. They said they would install vent covers... they did only half. There are molding issues, chipped edges on end boards, unlevel flooring and no real attempt to make it right... even though they pleaded that that was their goal. This was a $20k error in judgement on my part ... please do not enter into agreements with this company. Satisfaction is not one of their goals.
