We also had an erosion problem that was getting worse as time went by . We called Lozano's Concrete and Repair, and they came out immediately and assessed the whole problem, even crawling down into the crawl space to take pictures of the area that was leaking . They graded the whole area away from the house and installed a French drain to properly redirect the water away from the house . They installed a footer along our carport to stop the erosion problem there . They even installed an extra step on an access area ( at no charge) , because I am 72 years of age and they were worried that the Step Up was too high for me . Everyone on the crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They did a beautiful job and the cost was fair . Jim was a very personable and knowledgeable sort who went above and beyond to get us a unit installed. He worked with our budget and was kind enough to let us split the bill into two payments, even let me pick the day so I could line it up with payday. They did an incredible job getting the unit put into the wall safely and even made it look aesthetically pleasing, too!
