He pre-treated the area immediately and let me know someone would follow up. The very next morning, Louis arrived after doing a full lawn assessment. He treated the area again, explained what had caused the damage, and even pointed out some thinning areas in the front yard that they would also take care of -- no extra charge! The following day, Jake and Jon showed up and spent half a day going the extra mile. They hand-dug and reseeded the bug-damaged spots, hand-raked and aerated areas with heavy thatch, and even offered to seed a large bare area where I had previous sinkholes.
