They quoted $355 for the repair, which I declined since it's more than half the cost of a new one. When I picked it up, the screen wouldn't open at all, and the display no longer worked. They claimed it was a preexisting condition. However, I paid a $50 diagnostic fee only to have the computer in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Had I known this could happen, I wouldn't have left it. I'm very disappointed.

The cpu was installed the cooler was not I was charged $350 for them to install half the parts I gave them. shoot the parts even came in the same box! very unsatisfied. never even told me the new cooler wasn't installed just handed me the box back and let me drive back home to open it up and realize the new cooler for the new cpu i just bought wasn't installed. you literally took the cooler off installed a new cpu and installed the old cooler on top the new cpu. pretty sure the sell it as a box set for a reason.
