I have only written a handful of reviews but this one is a no-brainer. I had looked at the YouTube videos showing how to do this yourself and by all means if you have the time and desire to practice on getting it right, go for it. That was not a good option for me and I'm really glad I found Groutsmith instead. Dylan was the gentleman that gave me the bid and came back to do the work as well. Two words to describe Dylan are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. (3rd word is a bonus word) The day he did the work I had to leave the house on two occasions and felt comfortable in doing so. We had 3 different surfaces treated. The master shower was 10 years old and they re-grouted the floor. It really looks brand new! The kitchen floor was treated and resealed and the terrazzo tile in the hallway was, as well. That floor is over 50 years old and the difference is immediately noticeable. The kitchen glows with an aura of pristine cleanness. I hired them to clean and reseal a shower. After the first visit, the shower was still leaking in two places. For the second visit, the worker was late after the required sitting-around-waiting period. He showed up, "fixed" the problem, then the leak started again a week later. I left an angry message for the scheduling person who was not helpful at all. They cleaning project they give you which they say kills mold absolutely does not. End result: my shower leaks, the seal disappeared after a couple of months, mold still forms not the least bit intimidated by their "cleaning" product, and the staff was not impressive. read more

I would definitely recommend this company for grout cleaning. Our tile/grout is 9 years old, and has seen better days. After receiving an onsite quote, I scheduled for the service the following week. Our serviceman, Dillon, came out to the house when expected, he did a great job of explaining the process, how long it would take, and what to expect. When he completed the job, the tile/grout looked superb! The grout looked brand new, and the tile was just as nice. I would definitely recommend this company. I was undecided between this company and another because this one was slightly higher in price but I chose this one because they took the time to explain what would be done to the tile in my shower and I felt they were more knowledgeable than the other company. I don't regret it for a second! My shower went from having black mold all over and looking faded to being white, shiny, and clean! Better yet, now my shower is NOT leaking and they saved me tons of money because a 3rd company wanted to knock the whole shower down and rebuild it completely! Let me add also that they rearranged their schedule to come out and perform the work on the ONLY day I had off from work! Thank you very much for all your help and work. I wish I had before and after pictures but I don't! Great company! Dillon came out and cleaned and sealed our master bath tile floor and our walk-in shower in October of 2016. The floor looked brand new...no more grimy floor. After four months or so, the shower floor developed a slight haze. We called Angela and she scheduled Dillon to come out the same week. Dillon re-cleaned and resealed the floor and gave us tips on maintenance. It looks amazing again. The company warranties their work for a year. These folks are professional and very friendly.
