This is a great company. My kitchen, laundry room and bath tile floors are about 10 years old and showing every bit of it. I even had two rows of loose tiles in front of the kitchen sink. Dillon came out to survey the job and give me an estimate. He explained everything clearly, how long it would take, the entire process. I signed on and a week later Dillon was back and ready to get to work. As he was taking up the loose tiles (about 12 in all, and he didn't break a one as he removed them) he found water underneath one of them. He said he couldn't continue because there was either a leak in a pipe, or a leak in the dishwasher that would have to be fixed before he could proceed. Long story short, it was the dishwasher which got repaired and Dillon is just finishing up with the floor and it looks wonderful. I'm very very pleased with how it looks, just like new. I also need to praise Angela, she schedules the work and keeps the customer informed. When I had to reschedule due to the leak she took care of it and promptly set another date. Groutsmith cleaned, grout sealed, clear sealed, and polished 900+ sq. ft. of travertine and 100 sq. ft. of ceramic tile floor. In addition they filled over 35 holes in the travertine and replaced one 16" X 16" travertine tile. The job went very well from the initial visit to obtain an estimate through final work. Every appointment was handled on time and in a professional manner. Dillon, Andrew, and Cole handled the work in a manner that demonstrated they have pride in their final product. The floor cleaning and grout seal gave the grout a uniform color throughout the house. The travertine had numerous small holes and a few larger ones due to 16 years of wear. The actual number of holes exceeded the contract amount, but they filled all of them with no extra charge. They filled each hole with care to match the grout & travertine color. The polishing step gave the travertine a fresh new luster.When the job was finished, all the floors looked terrific the same as when originally installed in 2001. read more

We called Groutsmith and talked to Angela. She promptly scheduled an appointment and explained that their technician would give a demonstration and furnish us with an estimate. She called to remind us and also emailed me as well. Dillon arrived on time and went over the process and also demonstrated on one of the tiles to show how the floor would look. He explained that the grout would be stained so that it would look the same after continuous cleaning. Dillon completed the job as he described and it look great. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Groutsmith. Angela was so pleasant and helpful in the scheduling process. Dillon was extremely friendly and professional, and he did a fantastic job honing/polishing a portion of our master bath marble tile floor and resealing the grout on our floor and in our shower. My only regret is that I didn't take before and after pictures of the transformation! Great service! We had a shower that needed caulking replaced and grout that needed to be resealed. Angela called with reminders about our appointments and everything went smoothly. Once the job started, Dillon was very helpful with explaining the process. The floor of the shower had some unexpected loose tiles that needed to be fixed and he stopped the job to consult with me about the best plan of action. Dillon Ker came over this morning and did a phenomenal job with my grout. The original contractors used some cheap grout with an ugly brownish color.
