Shout out to Helen and her helpers! I ordered a deepclean for 3 bed room house, additional blinds and inside oven (it was a tough one). It was amazing! It took them around 3 hours to finish. They did a really good job. My bathrooms are shiny, carpets are vacuumed, floors are mopped, mirrors are spotless, dusts are basically gone, especially from difficult places to reach. I was told they could start cleaning the next day, and then was told last minute that I would have to pick a new day. Then, I was notified again and told they could do the following day. I was told they would show at nine, and then told that they would show at ten. She came and cleaned part of a bathroom and left. I was told she could come back four days later and finish. As well as a discount on my next clean. After using another company who didn't offer the same services/scheduling at a higher cost, I am trying Happy Cleans again. I worked with this company on email and text for nearly a week getting a clean set up for my mother who has stage 4 cancer. my mother is only at her home in Oklahoma once or twice a month because she's being treated in Houston Texas. She made this week's trip back to Oklahoma specifically to work with a cleaning company and get the house started on the a regular service since she is too weak to clean herself . She lives in a small town, an hour north of OKC. I gave the address in the very first email, and again when setting the final date and time. The night before the scheduled clean, at 6 PM, this cleaning company canceled. They said the location was too far outside their service area.!???! It's too late now for me to schedule another cleaner. My mother has to travel back to Houston tomorrow evening for further cancer treatments. If you're looking to get ROBBED, Happy Cleans is the company for you. We hired Happy Cleans for a move-out cleaning of our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, and they promised a team but sent only one person. Leaving her alone in our home is a choice I'll always regret. Shortly after I left, she unplugged our Wi-Fi--disabling our security cameras--and began taking nearly everything we'd left in the house. This wasn't just a few items; she made off with all of the essentials we'd needed to prepare the property for rental, like our lawn mower, leaf blower, tools, and even a rocking chair, a bathroom shelf, stools, and all of our cleaning supplies. Everything in our cleaning closet was gone--vacuum, mop, duster, and all our cleaning solutions. Adding insult to injury, she didn't actually clean. She tossed out a few items we'd left on the counter (screws, paintbrushes we were using for final touch-ups, our bad for leaving them out) and the only cleaning we could detect was that she seemed to have sprayed some cleaner in one bathroom without actually wiping anything down. When we returned to our still-dirty, now-almost-empty house, we contacted Happy Cleans, only to be passed from one representative to another with no resolution in sight. We've spoken with five different people, filed a police report, been promised follow-ups that never happened, and have been told to contact their insurance--none of which has led to any accountability. Initially, we thought this was a one-time issue, but it's clear that the company as a whole is untrustworthy. If you're considering Happy Cleans, think twice--or be prepared to lose more than you bargained for. read more

Do not bother. Cleaners showed up and made excuse after excuse about why they couldn't clean the property. We're moving. There was a minimal amount of trash left in the property and they had to "call it in" because they don't remove trash. We told them to work around it. They wouldn't. During their 20 minute call to figure out this huge problem, my wife bagged up the remaining trash. Then it was something else. It went back and forth like this for a while until they said they had to reschedule. For whatever reason, they just didn't want to do the work. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. read more

I used this service was very disappointed in the service. The company first said they would send a team. The. One little girl showed up to clean my BIG house. Too much for one person. Never call them again. Too much not done nothing moved and cleaned behind. Very disappointing. After writing a review on their service. Someone reached out to me and asked what they could do to make things better. Updating to 4 stars from 3: Katie, one of the owners of HappyCleans personally called me to address the issues I listed in this review. She kindly offered a $70 refund, and a $50 credit to use towards another cleaning. I appreciate the customer service of HappyCleans! The website is user friendly and it's very easy to get a preliminary quote on the HappyCleans website. Communication was excellent with the HappyCleans management team texting me the whole time the cleaning team was at my home. I purchased the deep cleaning service which came out to be $845 for 4 br/4 ba or ~2500 sq ft. The 2 ladies who came to clean were very friendly and they spent around 7.5 hours on my house which I greatly appreciated. My only complaint about them personally is that they would take frequent smoke breaks, and every time they came back into the house to continue cleaning, they brought the smoke smell back in with them too. The bathrooms were left spotless, and the carpet shampooing looked/smelled wonderful. The dusting could've been better. It was a combination of missing some spots and also the rags/dusters they were using were leaving fuzzies everywhere. The wood floors had streaks leftover in every room. They also accidentally broke one of my glass candle holders, but luckily it wasn't anything sentimental. They were very vigorous in cleaning the wood blinds which made me nervous since those are delicate. They did not clean each blind individually by hand and instead just used a mop to go side to side "sweeping" the blinds. I was refunded $30 for these mishaps. I was a little confused by some of the pricing like $5/blind - I have 20 windows with blinds that vary in size but I guess the price is regardless of size. Shampooing was an extra $55/room (min. of 2 rooms) regardless of sq footage (some rooms are smaller than others). Light fixtures were also an extra cost which was not specified on the website and when I pointed out the dust/cobwebs, they said it would be an extra $5-$10 per fixture to clean them. Overall I feel they took their time to clean my home which was so appreciated, but the quality of cleaning was average. read more

Best believe they made sure to charge me the $415 dollars and plenty of money on their "extra services" and took the $80 tip but this is how they left the house. I've booked with this service before and maybe it's because I was home and not deployed when they were doing the service. **follow up** they have since reached out and been amazingly professional. If I had more time I would have had them come and redo the area. The owners are wonderful and I wasn't on site to approve or deny or have the cleaners fix things. Update: Amazing customer service. They heard I wasn't happy with the quality of service I received and refund $75 in addition to my original charge. Which is very fair, I will use them again in the future if I ever need the service again, very hard to find customer service in this day and age. After speaking with there customer service I believe my experience was a fluke, which definitely can happen in any service industry. They take there business very seriously and definitely honor there 100% satisfaction guarantee! Original review: My first experience with them was poor. All the positive reviews really had my hopes high. I got the standard clean with window cleaning $40 and fan cleaning. Total came to $214 for a small 2 bedroom 2 bath house approximately 1000sf. Cleaning was mediocre at best, multiple surfaces weren't cleaned at all, lots of dust still on surfaces. Had to spend hours of my own time finishing the job. Floors seemed to only be swept. Windows still seems dirty which was a $40 extra charge. Checked my door camera and the cleaner was only cleaning for 2.5 hours. That's $70+ for each hour of work, definitely makes me want to get into the cleaning business. They did checked in after, I let them know how poorly a job was done and they refunded $40. Bringing the total to $174, don't know if this is the going rate these days but will definitely do the job myself in the future. read more

Honestly, Happycleans did a very OK job. The ladies were very nice and I left to make sure that they had their space to clean. When I came back, they asked me to check one of the rooms. There was still hair everywhere. I asked them to clean it, and they did. But, then they didn't ask me to check any of the other rooms... probably because I had already given them a thing to fix. But the house was decently clean. I think that they tried their best but attention to detail was lacking. Everything was a breeze! Booking, payment, customer service, and the cleaning! I called late afternoon to see if I could possibly get a last minute move out clean.
