Great value for the money, good schools nearby, dog park close as well. I love sitting out and just enjoying the birds. Pros: close to COTA bus, I 71, and shopping quiet as can be maintenance is tip top grounds are well maintained pet friendly spacious apartments all garden style affordable! Outdoor living areas Cons: No 3 bedroom floor plans Somewhat dated interior (I have three different kinds of wallpaper lol) No extra amenities available or offered like a pool or workout room. I wish they would offer like a discount to the Y or something.

She walks around almost every day she works and says hi to everyone by their name. She even says hi to our 9 year old boxer by his name too. Grove City police drive thru about once a week checking on things and Karla keeps a good look out for mischievous people. The maintenance people are always so friendly saying hi and good morning when I'm on my way to work. Maintenance also is very fast on fixing problems. I even recommended a cowork to check in to moving in and so far him and his girlfriend love it. This is the first apartment I've even lived in and I would recommend anyone to check into moving here!!!

My experience with Collier Apartments was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, very…read moreunprofessional. Throughout the application process, I had to call numerous times just to get basic information regarding the status of my application. Communication was incredibly poor. At one point, I was actually hung up on while trying to get information, and I eventually had to drive to the leasing office in person because I could not get a clear response over the phone. Unfortunately, my interactions with the leasing staff also did not leave a good impression. The woman in the office came across as very insincere, and I had a similar impression during my initial tour. I also found it extremely unprofessional that there was a vape sitting openly on the desk in the leasing office, giving the impression that it was being used inside the office. During my tour, I was shown a different unit than the specific one I had originally been interested in. I understand that complexes may show comparable units or different floor plans depending on availability, so that alone wasn't a major issue. What was concerning, however, was seeing what appeared to be an electrical burn mark around an outlet in the kitchen. Something like that immediately raises safety concerns, and I was uncomfortable with how casually it seemed to be treated. Overall, the biggest issue was the lack of professionalism and communication throughout the process. Applying for an apartment is a significant decision for someone, especially when they are trying to plan their living situation, and applicants should not have to repeatedly call or physically show up at the office just to receive basic updates. Regardless of the outcome of an application, I would expect much better communication and professionalism from a leasing office.

Everything started off pretty great. They gave me a walkthrough at the beginning and maintenance…read morewas helpful at first. They even told me how wonderful their maintenance was- but that I had to call, no portal and no walk in, just call to get it scheduled. It was fine at first- l would call and no less than a week later I would get something done. Often times it was no more than 3 days. After a while maintenance stopped showing up. I noticed that I had to start calling 3 or more times to get anything done. Maintenance became worse and worse. Then my second year of renewing my lease they lost my lease. I wasn't thrilled but I went back up there and did it again... then they lost my lease AGAIN. They actually lost my lease again the following year after loosing it the first 2 times. Then, the following year, when I had them email it to me to ensure it wouldn't be lost they sent it late. From 2017 to now everything went down hill. My calls were ignored, voicemails unreturned, no one was helping me. I started showing up to the office often to get anything done. I had a severe issue with my tub constantly backing up and it resulted in my kitchen and basement being flooded. They found socks in the pipes... baby socks!! This was an OLD issue. Nothing was done to help, I had to replace a ton of stuff. Then out of nowhere I started getting violation notices. Stupid things that weren't my fault. Cigarette butts from the neighbors, trash from the kids at the play ground and my mail being left in the rain on top of the mail box... I'm 5'2" I definitely didn't leave it up there...It felt like they were watching me to mess up! When I broke up with my ex and his family came and tried to brake my door down I changed the locks and tried to get maintenance out to fix my door. I gave them the new keys thought nothing of it and waited. Then I started on overnights and it became worse. I couldn't call like normal because I was sleeping. I started using the portal and apparently maintenance never checks that because I went a year with out them fixing my door. (There was actually an issue with a hole in my ceiling that took 2 years). Six months after that incident I had a call for something and came home to find a violation notice. they noticed my locks had been changed but they didn't have the keys for it... the keys I just replaced? They lost them. They lost my keys and threatened ME with a fine for keys THEY lost. From here on it was worse and worse. Then when I told them I was moving i started getting passive aggressive notes on my door for the cost of moving out. To say I'm fed up is an understatement. I'm furious at the way I was treated. I will never recommend anyone to stay there and if you're currently living there I suggest you move out.
