I went there to buy some plumbing products, I couldn't find something, so I asked a young man for…read morehelp, he was honest, he told me that he didn't know where anything was, so we asked a more experienced employee where these things were, this employee was in a gated off aisle and was quite a distance away and he wouldn't come closer so we had to shout back and forth, he ended up not being very helpful and was very condescending. Not a great experience with Home Depot Iron Mountain staff. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I'm so tired of being in this store, and wandering around without finding any help…read more I get they are labeled as 'essential', but most of the employees are, well, somewhere. But, trying to find them is next to impossible. The best service I've gotten is from the returns / ship to store pickup. They are nice, helpful, and ready to help. The only reason I go here is because Menards is an hour and a half away, one way.
