No high pressure, just suggesting we test different firmness levels we might like. Even though we hadn't planned on making a purchase on that visit, once we identified the exact mattress we wanted, the prices due to the President's day sale, were too good to pass up. Trevor's knowledge and help definitely made the difference and was the reason we bought that day. The delivery in a large box truck was made as scheduled and the gentlemen that put the mattress in place and removed our old mattress were cordial and efficient. They have a wide selection of mattress materials and different price points for a small store. Greg even suggested that we go to the other Mattress Firm in town to check out their selection. At the west side firm, the employee took a break from smoking weed in her car to give us a tour I guess. Greg discounted us on the delivery so that the mattress will be brought from our door to the bed frame - usually that would cost $100.

We worked with Jay, great guy. Highly educated on anything pertaining to furniture. Also didn't press us on anything which was nice. In addition, the delivery process was exceptional. They delivered our sectional free of charge & had it to our house two days after purchase. Finally, Shout out to Thad & Chris (the muscle) for getting our sectional off the box truck, into our living room & pieced together literally in under 15 minutes. Give those boys a raise!
