We worked with Jay, great guy. Highly educated on anything pertaining to furniture. Also didn't press us on anything which was nice. In addition, the delivery process was exceptional. They delivered our sectional free of charge & had it to our house two days after purchase. Finally, Shout out to Thad & Chris (the muscle) for getting our sectional off the box truck, into our living room & pieced together literally in under 15 minutes. Give those boys a raise!

Went to Lowes and they said I had to contact Whirlpool to get it fixed. I called Yoders to see if they could fix it, they said they would look at it, and get with Whirlpool.
