I took both of my children here for their dental care for years. My 8 year old son had a difficult…read moreloose baby tooth that Dr. Jeremy thought would need to be pulled, but it ended up falling out a few weeks later on its own. Long story short, my husband took him to his next appointment where the dentist somehow thought my son's ADULT TOOTH was a baby tooth and proceeded to pull the ADULT TOOTH. Even after my husband said that I never mentioned a tooth being pulled. The dentist AND his hygienist both checked the chart and told my husband that he was wrong and the tooth needed to be pulled. My 8 year old had to have the tooth put back in by the dentist and then he had to have two very painful root canal appointments! We have no idea if he will be able to keep the tooth as he gets older or if he will need an implant. I will say that Dr. Emily worked with us and apologized profusely for what happened and they of course paid for my son's root canal and for all the endodontist appointments. But that doesn't change the fact that it was a careless mistake on Dr. Jeremy's part and the whole thing could have been avoided. I don't believe that this is a bad dental practice even in light of the situation, I just want parents to know that this is the experience my family had here.

Moved to Moorestown last year to be near family and needed to find a new dentist. After asking for…read morereferrals from family and friends, I chose Dr. John Tiffany following hearing multiple recommendations. I needed an annual cleaning, surface composite bonding resin removal and replacement from previous procedure that was done 7 years ago, and finally, a crown for one of my lower molars that had cracked. The entire evolution required three visits; First visit involved the initial consult and teeth cleaning during which options and procedures were discussed; second visit, a few days later, was scheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes during which my cracked lower molar was prepared for the permanent crown, a temporary crown was placed, and my composite surface resin was removed and replaced. The third and final visit lasted only 15 minutes during which the permanent porcelain crown was cemented on in place of the temporary. The surface resin result is outstanding. Dr. Tiffany used a bit of artistry in blending the edges of the bonding material so the front teeth look flawless and natural. This was a big improvement over the previous job completed years earlier by a less skilled dentist. The permanent crown fits superbly and looks great. No more gray metallic filling showing when I smile. The office is friendly, competent, clean and easily accessible in the old town area of Moorestown. Dr. Tiffany's practice has safe COVID-19 protocols in place including a professional grade air filtering system in the exam room. The team ensures you are comfortable, informed, and treated professionally throughout the visit.

It was truly a very weird experience to have someone be so hostile over the phone. I'll continue my search for a new dentist.

My family used Dental Health Associates as our regular dentist for 12 years. They were my…read moredaughter's first and only dentist. They took care of all her routine care, and when she turned 10 they put on her braces. At every checkup they would complement her on how well she cared for her teeth. Sometimes they would remind her that she needs to floss, which I would encourage her to do at home. When it was time to take off the braces, they informed me that she had multiple cavities and needed two root canals. The surprised me because when she had braces, at every check up, they said her teeth were looking great. Anyway, we let them put in lots of fillings and do all kinds of repair work to her teeth. All of which turned out to be completely shoddy work! Now I'm spending thousands of dollars (to much better dentists) to fix the terrible crowns and fillings that they botched.

Horrible, only go if you don't need routine cleaning of your teeth or referrals for a specialist…read more They have NO oral hygienist on staff. I can't get my daughters teeth cleaned or a proper referral for orthodontic care! I Do NOT Recommend. I suppose I would be less critical of their staffing issue if they had not REFUSED to provide a referral. They cited a 6 month cleaning was required to get referral, and then they canceled the scheduled cleaning & will not make ANY appointments because they don't have a dental hygienist on staff! My daughter is a well established patient with regular 6 month cleanings. Absolutely ridiculous that they can't provide referrals unless you get a cleaning, but then can't provide cleanings.
