Not kids friendly. I do not recommend kids first pediatric dentistry. Read the reviews before going.

They Took My Smile Away!!! A Terrible Experience - I Cannot Recommend This Office!!!…read more I have been receiving treatment at this office since February. When I informed them that my insurance coverage would expire in May, they suddenly became extremely proactive. I was sometimes scheduled two or even three times a week so they could complete my treatment before my insurance expired. The treatment plan was very clear from the beginning. I was told that my four front teeth needed root canal retreatment before receiving new crowns. Because retreatment was not performed at this office, I was referred to an endodontist. I trusted my dentist's treatment plan and followed every recommendation. During the root canal retreatments, my existing crowns were severely damaged. They cracked, broke apart, and became unusable. The decayed teeth underneath became visible, and one of my front crowns was partially broken off completely. As a result, my front teeth were left looking terrible. I could no longer smile with confidence, bite into food, or eat properly. The emotional impact has been devastating. I even lost weight because I struggled to eat, and my confidence and mental well-being have suffered tremendously. When I returned to this office, I repeatedly asked when my new crowns would be placed. No one could give me a clear answer. Eventually, the dentist told me that they no longer recommended placing crowns on my front teeth because there might not be enough remaining tooth structure, and that I should simply stay the way I am. This was shocking because this possibility was never discussed before I agreed to treatment. If there was a risk that my crowns could be damaged during the recommended treatment and that there might not be enough remaining tooth structure afterward--possibly even requiring extractions--I should have been informed before being referred for the procedure. That would have allowed me to make an informed decision. Instead, I trusted the treatment plan created by this office, followed every instruction, and now I have been left with severely damaged front teeth and no solution. A dentist has a responsibility to explain the potential risks of a proposed treatment before asking a patient to proceed. My biggest disappointment is that I was never informed of these risks. Had I been told that this treatment could leave me with damaged front teeth, insufficient tooth structure, or even the possibility of extractions, I would have had the opportunity to decide whether I was willing to accept those risks before moving forward. To make matters worse, one of the dentists at this office accidentally damaged the edge of one of my crowns during treatment. When I pointed it out, I was told, "Don't worry, sweetheart, these crowns will be replaced anyway." I trusted that reassurance and continued with the treatment. Now, after everything I went through, I am being told that my crowns will not be replaced and that I should simply live with this appearance. The first insurance pre-authorization was denied because of missing documentation. After it was resubmitted, my insurance approved the treatment. Previously, this office always contacted me immediately after receiving insurance approval to schedule my appointments. This time, however, it has been over two weeks since the approval, and no one has contacted me. I have been left waiting without any explanation, right in the middle of my treatment. I trusted this office with both my dental health and my smile. Instead, I have been left with unfinished treatment, severely damaged front teeth, emotional distress, and a complete lack of communication. I cannot recommend this office to anyone, and I am seriously considering pursuing all legal remedies available regarding my experience

Long story short, my husband took him to his next appointment where the dentist somehow thought my son's ADULT TOOTH was a baby tooth and proceeded to pull the ADULT TOOTH. Even after my husband said that I never mentioned a tooth being pulled. The dentist AND his hygienist both checked the chart and told my husband that he was wrong and the tooth needed to be pulled. My 8 year old had to have the tooth put back in by the dentist and then he had to have two very painful root canal appointments! We have no idea if he will be able to keep the tooth as he gets older or if he will need an implant. I will say that Dr. Emily worked with us and apologized profusely for what happened and they of course paid for my son's root canal and for all the endodontist appointments. But that doesn't change the fact that it was a careless mistake on Dr. Jeremy's part and the whole thing could have been avoided. I don't believe that this is a bad dental practice even in light of the situation, I just want parents to know that this is the experience my family had here.

After asking for…read morereferrals from family and friends, I chose Dr. John Tiffany following hearing multiple recommendations. I needed an annual cleaning, surface composite bonding resin removal and replacement from previous procedure that was done 7 years ago, and finally, a crown for one of my lower molars that had cracked. The entire evolution required three visits; First visit involved the initial consult and teeth cleaning during which options and procedures were discussed; second visit, a few days later, was scheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes during which my cracked lower molar was prepared for the permanent crown, a temporary crown was placed, and my composite surface resin was removed and replaced. The third and final visit lasted only 15 minutes during which the permanent porcelain crown was cemented on in place of the temporary. The surface resin result is outstanding. Dr. Tiffany used a bit of artistry in blending the edges of the bonding material so the front teeth look flawless and natural. This was a big improvement over the previous job completed years earlier by a less skilled dentist. The permanent crown fits superbly and looks great. No more gray metallic filling showing when I smile. The office is friendly, competent, clean and easily accessible in the old town area of Moorestown. Dr. Tiffany's practice has safe COVID-19 protocols in place including a professional grade air filtering system in the exam room. The team ensures you are comfortable, informed, and treated professionally throughout the visit.

I come from a family with "weak" teeth so I'm a fairly frequent customer. I like that everything's in one place so if you need endodontics, orthodontics or dental surgery it can be done right there. And I've had everything done there from crowns to implants. I had a "low-tech" dentist before so my teeth were in pretty bad shape when I started, but now they look great and I frequently receive complements on them. My dentist is Dr. Kessler, who is really superb. The staff is very personable and their pricing is the best I've encountered. I also like that if you need attention quickly for something like an orthodontic problem, they can locate a specialist quickly. Last week a retainer bar that I've had for 30 years became loose, and the staff was able to set me up with their in-house orthodontist the very next day. He removed the "old school" bar and scanned for a new acrylic retainer (similar to Invisalign). They had it ready in a few days and it fits perfectly!

Twice now, I have received a "surprise" bill months after service. They blame it on insurance, but this last time I gave them several weeks to check things out, I was in no hurry. My 4-year-old daughter will be undergoing cavity prep work, and I strongly feel that my being in the room will help comfort and reassure her throughout the process. As her parent, I believe my presence is crucial to her emotional well-being during what can be a stressful, first-time experience. While I was explaining my concerns to the hygenist in the room - Emily, I believe - she said that I was welcome to have the procedure done elsewhere. It was disappointing to be dismissed in such a manner and then to hear the "this is our office policy" as a standard response. I want to find a solution that puts my daughter's needs first. I also want to outline that, as a parent, I am not comfortable having my daughter in a room with strangers while she is semi-conscious. I work in a field where we tell parents NOT to allow their children to be in a room with adults they do not know. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. *Dr. Singer called within a few hours to explain why they dont allow a parent in the room at all. It's BS. Please accept this email as formal notification of Stella's termination of her relationship with ABC Children's Dentistry. For context, I shared my experience on social media, and the platform's power did not disappoint. I received overwhelming support from friends, colleagues, and even strangers who all agreed that your "office policy" on procedures is absurd. Parents and people without children alike continued to share my story. I also received the names of six dentists who not only permit but also encourage a parent to be present with their child at any age. Since I was advised that I could "have the procedure done somewhere else," that's what I am doing.

My husband's insurance changed (we weren't aware) and instead of the front office trying to make an effort to connect with us, they apparently just cancelled a reservation I made 6 months prior. When they asked me to reschedule, I said NO THANK YOU; was determined to take my business elsewhere. I literally yelped pediatric dentists and made my way down the list calling everyone. I was most impressed by the front desk manager (Dawn/Debra?) - she pulled strings and was able to ask one of the hygienists to stay later so my two kids could be seen that day She was so patient and I can 100% day we came in because of her - she is most definitely the standard what a front office manager should be like. Our hygienist was so friendly and great with my boys and Dr Zoo was the only dentist to bring to my attention that my boys both have tongue tie (apparently it's not diagnosed by most dentists). This made perfect sense to me because it explains why both my boys couldn't latch when they were infants. The surprise came when after their checkup, they took us to an area where the kids got to pick out a little gift! So glad that we found them - highly recommend!!

Instead of doing the mock nice thing which kids see through, they are ACTUALLY nice. Very patient, very kind and very thoughtful in how they proceed. The doctors have the younger kids face their parents and then you sort of tip them back so that they feel secure with you while their teeth are cleaned. We have seen two different dentists here and they both spent a good deal of time making sure our cuties felt comfortable. There was no rushing whatsoever. And at the end, your little one gets a sticker and can choose their own little toy as a treat. The front office staff is so nice too - I had an insurance issue and they followed up on it promptly for me. They also couldn't have been kinder to the kiddos. Also, I really appreciate that every dentist I have seen here is a female POC. I am glad kids are experiencing that in a professional medical setting.
