When I attempted to protect my PII and asked the office to use the insurance phone number to verify benefits, they suggested I pay out of pocket and submit a reimbursement claim to my insurance. I did consultations at various places and I could tell that some of the places just wanted me to get in-and-out and could care less if I signed up or not. I was referred to Dr. Tahir by a friend. My consultation at Dr. Tahir's was not rushed, they explained my various options and I was told the truth. All other places had suggested invisalign [since being an adult with braces is not the most fun] but Dr. Tahir advised me that it was not the best option for me [my teeth were REALLY bad]. I ended up getting clear braces and I loved them! They did not yellow and Dr. Tahir was very flexible with my appointments since at the time I was still in college and out of state. His staff is great and I love going in and getting a chance to watch the movies they screen throughout the office. They have 2 offices, Oak Lawn & Berwyn, I have been to both and have found the same high-quality service in both [although aesthetically I prefer the Berwyn office]. They have a lot of clients but the service is fast and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen by someone. Dr. Tahir is a perfectionist and trust me when I say that you want this in an ortho!
