The attorney never showed in court. Further, the attorney left the firm and no one gave me a heads-up until I recieved a call two weeks later from a replacement. The attorney never showed in court for the hearing either. In fact, I had to call her the day of the hearing to find out why...no good reason was given. I recently attempted to use the same firm to help re-work my parenting plan. Thought it would be simple since they had the divorce information. In less than two weeks, they missed an appointment because, according to the paralegal, the firm can only hold one Zoom meeting at a time...out of all locations. I was able to confirm later that was not the truth and they were simply not prepared. Additionally, they sent sensitive documents to my OLD home instead of my current residence that I informed them of during our first call. I assume the address was simply taken off my old decree bc it was simple. There's way more that I could write but this should paint a good picture. I would not recommend them to anyone. However, they are very adept at charging for services as fast as possible (sometimes even if you didn't receive that service.)

Before you pay any money to this firm: ask for referrals, ensure KM&A can recite the basic details of your case without mistakes, and show enough legal knowledge to be an effective representative. I found them to be at times demeaning, lacked empathy - downplayed real challenge I faced as a result of my case.
