The chofers told me that the factura was not included because I owed an additional $100 USD due to an increase in the value of the truck. When I asked for documentation showing this increase, they did not and could not provide any. I informed the chofer that I would not pay without proof that I actually owed money. The chofer told me that, "I would not get the Factura then to register my truck and get my Mexican plates." He then called Karla (or Carla) and she also informed me over the phone that I owed the money and that I would not get my factura. I have filed denuncias with the Texas Attorney Generals Office the BBB, the SAT(Servicio de Administración Tributaria) and ANAM (Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de México) on the Mexico side for failure to provide my factura and conditioning (Extortion) the release of the factura. It has now been 12 days and no Factura and I cannot register my truck without it. I am paying for an insurance on a truck that I cannot use. The Pedimento A1 is also showing that instead of importing the vehicle from Laredo-Nuevo Laredo, that it is imported, "bajo la circunscripción de la Aduana de Puerto Palomas, Chihuahua (Aduana 26), a nombre del Agente Aduanal titular C. Rafael Dueñas Hernández (Patente 1785)." These guys, and girls, are crooked. Do not use them.
