I went to leave. Then he said 9pm. Again not the service I need. I went to leave again. He didn't realize that I was not able to wait that long. Alleged, it will be done around 3p. Six hours after drop off, but still same day... so we will see. Also, since it's next to the cape shop, the whole laundry smells like weed. Maybe that's your thing, but it's not mine. The parking lot is also a hot mess most days. Again. Vape shop issue. Pack your patience for the parking lot, and a mask if you're gonna go here, unless you like to get a wee high while doing your laundry, in which case this could be a perfect fit!

So my husband and I go in and start doing laundry get everything washed go over in the corner to Dry everything, mind you there are women all around us washing and drying cloths. So when I tell you how this went I mean word for word! So we are sitting by dryers playing with our phones drying last load when woman comes from around the wall " I don't know what y'all are doing but you have to leave I'm ready to go so y'all need to move it I'm ready to leave NOW!" My husbands eyes and my eyes are huge like why is this lady coming off like this!!! My husband said mama I'm sorry for the mistake we thought we had plenty of time because online it's says 7:3 doesn't even get the 7:30 all the way out of his mouth!! "I don't have no attitude and the hours are posted on the door" as she's walking away still yelling " The times on the door it's there plane as DAY!" I'm in shock !! My husband and I are always so nice and get along with everyone. So we hurry and just put the last of our wet close in a bag to hurry and get OUT! As we are walking out My husband says mama we really didn't do this on purpose we were going by time on line and people are still here washing. This woman SCREAMS "DON'T YELL AT ME BECAUSE I WILL GET AND ATTITUDE AND START YELLING I AINT HAVE NO ONE YELL AT ME" SHE JUST KEPT YELLING THE TIME IS RIGHT THERE PRINTED ON THE WINDOW ""I promise you on my son my husband was not yelling he was trying to diffuse the situation and say mama I'm sorry we didn't do it on purpose. She couldn't care less if we were customers! I said this is crazy as she's still yelling at my husband! I said I don't know in what world you think it's ok to talk to people like this but it's wrong and it's trash why would you act like this When it's really does say 7:30 online !! They also have Wi-Fi for their customers, so you can listen to your music or a book as you get your dirty clothes clean. I also love how friendly their staff is! I stopped in two times and both times, they were beyond kind!!! They do offer same day wash and fold service (based on how busy they are). Unlike other spots, their office hours start at 4pm on weekdays. AND they have weekend service, yes even SUNDAY !!!! I'd recommend this location for regular laundry or wash and fold. This is not only the cleanest laundromat in Albany, it's on par with Midtown Wash in Atlanta - its super clean with modern machines. Additionally the top-loaders are only $1.75 and $1.50 on Wednesdays. The nasty top-loaders at Fluff n Fold are $2!! Creekside places a pouch of liquid detergent on all of their washers so you dont even need to buy your own - they obviously go the extra mile, because when I read "Free Detergent" on the side, I thought it would be some Great Value powder crap, but no - its liquid!! They offer 7 mins per quarter for drying, while other laundromats only offer 6. The only thing Creekside lacks is WIFI - but I emailed the owner and they told me that they are working on getting WIFI for their customers. All in all, this is the cleanest, best laundromat in town and pretty soon it'll be on par with the best in the state. Two loads of clothes for less than $5 - cant beat that!!
