It took 4 hours to send out another driver just for them to tell me they will send out a new blower the next day!! Well my grand opening day was that same day not the next day! The entire day we had the blower it was on it's side. A complaint for fraud on the elderly has been filed against this company with the Alabama Attorney General and the FBI. They charged my credit card twice and claimed I had rented a lift chair for one day, and then charged my card again for one month for a total bill of $709.99 . I have turned them over to law enforcement, my lawyer, and also contacted my credit card issuer. After I posted my Yelp review they issed a partial refund of $224.99 which was fraudulently charged on June 5, 2026. So far they have kept $485.00 for two days rental of a lift chair. They are extremely dishonest and unethical and I look forward to seeing the owners of this fraudulent outfit put in jail where they belong. The problem for law enforcement is finding them. They are in hiding and refuse to disclose their location so that an arrest warrant can be issued. If the fraudsters and outright thieves want to have their day in court theY will furnish their whereabouts so that that can face an arrest warrant and be interviewed by the FBI. Meanwhile the pubic is being alerted to their crimes perpetrated against the senior citizen, of which we believe there are many, many more victims of their fraud and deception. In Alabama, crimes against the elderly (individuals aged 60 and older) are strictly prosecuted under the Protecting Alabama's Elders Act. The law covers physical and emotional abuse, criminal neglect, and financial exploitation.
